In its Dubai expansion, VB World has introduced Cones and Brews, a premium bakery and coffee concept showcasing European pastries made with high-quality Belgian chocolate and single-origin South Indian coffee beans. “We aim to put South Indian coffee beans on the global map with Cones and Brews, offering a unique coffee experience that blends international tastes with traditional Indian flavors,” stated Anand Krishnan, Director of Operations and Project Expansion at Chandramari Group.
Global Ambitions and Local Flavor
Dubai’s status as a global hub positions it as an ideal launching pad for VB World’s expansion. Following its establishment in the UAE, the brand plans to broaden its horizons to Europe and the US, exploring potential locations in Germany, France, and the UK.
VB World is dedicated to offering a diverse array of fusion dishes that cater to a wide range of palates, particularly targeting health-conscious diners. Signature dishes include Idli with Paya— a vegetarian twist on a traditional mutton-based stew— and Kung Belai Biryani, featuring a coconut-milk base infused with southern spices and soy meat sourced from the US.
To ensure high standards of quality across all outlets, VB World has established a centralized kitchen in the UAE. This facility will maintain hygiene and food consistency while supporting the brand’s ambitious growth plans. Additionally, the centralized kitchen will facilitate outdoor catering and large-scale events, further enhancing the brand’s service offerings.
