Abu Dhabi’s Adnec Group has taken a significant step in expanding its catering capabilities by announcing the acquisition of 100% of Royal Catering Services LLC, a renowned catering service provider in the region. This strategic move will enable the group to enhance its production capacity and diversify its service offerings, as Royal Catering currently serves over 50,000 meals per day.
With this acquisition, Royal Catering will join Adnec’s rapidly growing Capital Catering business, positioning the combined entity as one of the largest and most competitive catering providers in the Abu Dhabi market. Royal Catering, with a workforce of over 2,500 employees, has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services across the UAE. In addition to its core catering services, the firm offers complementary services such as accommodation, further solidifying its position as a versatile player in the industry.
The integration of Royal Catering into Capital Catering will allow Adnec Group to expand its focus beyond its current markets of aviation, defense, and healthcare. This merger is expected to enhance the group’s ability to take on larger contracts and serve a more diverse customer base.
